Assessment

This issue has not been assessed yet.

Description

enhancement

The unit tests have fallen behind as a result of rushing features for client work. Code coverage should be added to run in the CI, with desktop and server runtimes omitted. Full code coverage should be enough to verify the core features. Runtime correctness can be verified through manual testing and client feedback.
