Research direction
Start by reproducing the shown filereader-stream and hyperquest pipeline in Firefox, then compare each component's behavior with other browsers. The issue does not identify a source file or test; done would be identifying which component causes the Firefox failure and documenting or correcting the incompatibility.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
Description
Any idea why the following would not work in Firefox, but would in every other browser. Having a tough time determining if it's filereader-stream or hyperquest
var hyperquest = require('hyperquest');
var createReadStream = require('filereader-stream');
createReadStream(file).pipe(hyperquest('http://someserver.com'))
