Description
PR #298 adds a desktop process runner and HTTP result transport because the current mobile test runner does not manage macOS app lifecycle. This work can be reviewed after the macOS example application.
Create a dependent PR for shared test registration, desktop reporting, process cleanup, and macOS workflows. Verify successful, failed, timed-out, and early-exit runs.
