Research direction

Start by checking the Flutter package's cache-related API surface and the Mapbox Maps SDK documentation for supported cache management. Confirm whether cached files can be removed safely or whether an API call is required, then document the supported way for applications to let users reclaim space.

Description

We're noticing some of our users are having multi GB cached files on their device after using mapbox for a few months, ideally we'd love to give our users an option to free the space if necessary.

Is it safe to delete these or is an API call needed?
