Start by reading deploy.py and the linked discussion in pull request 146. Trace which parts of FlowCfg Deploy uses, then define the proposed statically typed class around that set of data. Done means deploy.py uses the new typed representation rather than relying on those dynamically typed FlowCfg attributes.

This idea comes about from an idea from @AlexJones0 (here) and I think it would make the code in deploy.py quite a bit less dynamically typed.
