Research direction

Start by locating the context world-bounds API in Spatial4j and the Lucene spatial PrefixTree strategy mentioned in the issue. Compare how geodetic behavior currently obtains implicit world bounds. Done means the API no longer exposes unnecessary context bounds while PrefixTree behavior and geodetic handling remain correct, supported by relevant tests.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

API

The world bounds doesn't need to be in the API at all; I think it should be in the Lucene spatial side for PrefixTree based strategy because it needs to know -- just there. For geodetic, there is an implicit world bounds already implied through most of Spatial4j any way.
