Improvement

Although Prometheus metrics were enabled in PR #134, users currently cannot activate the metrics server when running ComfyStream within ComfyUI. To address this, we should add a new option in the server configuration menu, allowing users to enable or disable the Prometheus metrics endpoint as needed.
