Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with the Flutter agent starter and Python agent starter on the reported Samsung S23 setup, then compare Android audio behavior with iOS. The report says AndroidManifest.xml already has the permissions, but includes no logs or expected behavior; gather those details and narrow down the cause. Done means identifying and resolving the Android audio-quality difference while preserving the working iOS behavior.
