Research direction

Start by reproducing the Mint 21.3 to Mint 22 in-place upgrade and tracing the repository-disabling step and its terminal output. Done means the upgrader reports which repositories were disabled and explains how they were disabled.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

I did an in-place upgrade from Mint 21.3 to Mint 22 (Cinnamon).

After agreeing to the fix proposed by the screenshot above, I was given no record of the repositories that the upgrader had disabled (or, indeed, told how it had disabled them). The terminal did not even print the repository names.
