Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Hypnotix 4.3 on Linux Mint using the reported raw M3U URL, then compare its remote-source loading path with the local LoganetXAll.m3u path. Trace where each path decodes the playlist and verify completion when Cyrillic channel names display identically for both sources.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Channel names in Cyrillic are displayed in the wrong encoding if you use https://raw.githubusercontent.com/blackbirdstudiorus/LoganetXIPTV/main/LoganetXAll.m3u as an M3-link. If you download the LoganetXAll.m3u file from this link and install it as a local source, the channel names are displayed correctly.
