Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the OEM/user re-ownership questionnaire flow and trace the public-key export to the LUKS-encrypted partition; done means the flow no longer freezes and the passphrase behavior is resolved.

Passphrase for saving Public key (not a secret) in OEM/user re-ownership questionnaire is not asked. (I guess it's a big where I don't understand why locking a public key behind a luks container.... It should be on a public partition).
