Research direction

Start with the coverage test at apps/nanocore/src/openapi.test.ts:50 and read how it treats /internal routes; compare that with the 404 expectation in apps/nanocore/src/llm-gateway.test.ts:293. Remove the unused exemption and run the coverage test. Done means all mounted routes are admitted while an unregistered route outside owned exclusions is rejected.

Description

bug doc-audit

Audit question Q-34.

  • Defect: the coverage test accepts arbitrary /internal routes although the historical facade is absent.
  • Evidence: apps/nanocore/src/openapi.test.ts:50; apps/nanocore/src/llm-gateway.test.ts:293 expects the former route to return 404.
  • Fix: remove that unused exemption; a future route must name an accepted owner and its actual coverage classification.
  • Validation: the coverage test still admits every mounted route and refuses an unregistered route outside the owned exclusions.

Found by the independent documentation audit; answered by coordinator and consultant consensus under the engineer's delegation of 2026-10-30 (record docs/audits/20261030-independent_doc_audit_answers_p2a.md). v0.1.0.
