Research direction

Read the operations Skill and its referenced materials, then compare their existing update and recovery guidance with the first-install guide covered by #195. Draft a short runbook for an existing deployment reached only by HTTPS, covering release discovery, content-free preflight, prepare, review, consent, disconnect status, retained-data checks, and stop conditions; place host-only recovery in a separate section.

Observed

In the same story 2 run, the guidance an HTTPS-only operator needed was spread across the operations Skill and its references, mixed with host installation, SSH-helper configuration and execution-host replacement procedures that such an operator cannot use. There was no short path that states when to stop and hand over to a host operator. #195 covers the first-install guide, not this update path.

Fix suggestion

Add one short runbook for an existing deployment reached only by HTTPS and shared with other users: discovery of the running release, the content-free preflight, prepare, review, consent, status after disconnect, retained-data checks, and explicit stop conditions. Move host-only recovery to a separate section.
