Research direction

Start with the provider adapter, the area named in the issue, and trace how it handles the google-antigravity/claude-sonnet-5-5-high model. Reproduce the request using the reported v2.76.0 setup and compare the model ID and upstream routing with the working Google Antigravity surface. Done means the model request no longer returns the reported 404.

Summary

When using the google-antigravity provider with Google account authentication, requests to Claude Sonnet 5.5 fail immediately with HTTP 404 Not Found: Provider error 404: Antigravity invalid request: Requested entity was not found.

Even though Claude Sonnet 5.5 is available in the upstream Google Antigravity surface, OpenCodex either does not discover/map the model ID correctly or attempts to route claude-sonnet-5-5 / claude-sonnet-5-5-high to an upstream endpoint/ID that returns 404.

Reproduction
  1. Run OpenCodex (v2.76.0) with google-antigravity authenticated via Google OAuth (multi-account setup).
  2. Configure or select google-antigravity/claude-sonnet-5-5-high in Codex.
  3. Send a prompt to the model.
  4. The proxy returns HTTP 404 before streaming or completion begins.
