Research direction

Start with Chapter 7, then compare its igl::decimate(V,F,1000,U,G) example against the current API in libigl/include/igl/decimate.h. Update the tutorial to use the supported syntax and verify that the Mesh Decimation example no longer references a missing function.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

The tutorial calls decimate via

igl::decimate(V,F,1000,U,G);

However, a quick look at libigl/include/igl/decimate.h shows that there is no such function.
