Research direction

Read .github/workflows/copilot-pr-handler.yml and check the job condition at line 57 against the repository name in the issue. Also locate the tracked duplicate workflow file whose name ends with Unicode U+200E. Done means the condition uses layer5io/layer5 and the duplicate file is removed from git.

Description

Description

In .github/workflows/copilot-pr-handler.yml (line 57), the job condition checks:

github.repository == 'meshery/meshery'

Because this repository is layer5io/layer5, this condition always evaluates to false. Every workflow run immediately skips (1s–2s runtime), preventing automated CI approval and undrafting for Copilot PRs.

Additionally, an invisible duplicate file .github/workflows/copilot-pr-handler.yml‎ (with trailing Unicode U+200E) is tracked in git.

Expected Behavior
  • Guard condition should check github.repository == 'layer5io/layer5' so Copilot PR automation works properly.
  • The duplicate file with Unicode character U+200E should be removed from git.
