Research direction

Start by tracing XChart's plot-area layout calculations, focusing on how axis widths and legends determine the left and right bounds. Check whether the public chart configuration already exposes related padding, then define how callers could set or read both values and verify that stacked charts can align their plot areas.

Description

Aesthetics Feature Request

Hi,

When plotting 2 charts, one on top the other, their plot areas do not match exactly on the left and right side because of many factors (number of axis on the left and right, width of the axis and the legend...). Please see attached image (green arrows).

It would be great if we could set these left and right paddings. Alternatively, to compensate for it myself, I would need a getter on these left and right paddings.

Thanks.
