やりたいこと
ask の答えに URL が含まれるとき、URL は読み上げずに飛ばす。読み上げの最後にスタックチャンが「URL を開く？」と聞き、開くと返事があったら、CLI がその URL を PC のブラウザで開く。自動では開かない（ユーザー決定）。
今の動き
~/.stackchan/ask/system.txtの雛形は「URL は使わない」と指示している。そのため、調べた先のページを答えに含められない。- 答えの文はそのまま
sayに渡す。URL が含まれると、VOICEVOX が記号や英字を 1 文字ずつ読む。
案
- system.txt を変え、出典やリンク先を答えるときは URL を文の外（末尾の行など）に書かせる。
askが答えから URL を取り出し、読み上げる文からは除く。URL があれば、答えのあとに「URL を開く？」と話す。- 返事はポモドーロの応答待ちと同じ仕組みで受ける。

http/httpsだけにする。Windows ではcmd /c startを使わない（URL の&を cmd.exe が解釈する）。ShellExecute かrundll32 url.dll,FileProtocolHandlerを使う。 - daemon はログオン時にタスクスケジューラから起動しているので、ユーザーのデスクトップでブラウザが開く想定。実機で確かめる。
- 開いた URL は daemon.log に残す。
--quietや CLI の表示では URL も出す。
検討すること
- URL が複数あるとき、全部開くか、最初の 1 件だけ開くか。
- 返事を待つ間に次の
askをしたら、前の URL の待ちは取り消す。 - 返事を待つ間にポモドーロの応答待ちが重なったとき、頭のタッチをどちらの返事とするか。
- daemon が無い（one-shot の）ときは、聞かずに URL を表示するだけにするか。
