Start by locating the cf accessor implementations for getitem and isel, then reproduce the failure with a dataset containing a lon_bounds variable whose units are degrees_east. The change is done when ds.cf.isel(longitude=...) excludes the bounds variable instead of attempting to slice it, while the existing getitem behavior remains intact.

We exclude the bounds variables in getitem for e.g. ds.cf["longitude"] will skip the lon_bounds variable if it has attrs["units"] = "degrees_east".
We should also do it for ds.cf.isel(longitude=...). This raises an error because it tries to slice along lon_bounds too.
