説明
Summary
Comments that persist (#29) and can be imported (#28) accumulate across sessions. A reviewer needs to distinguish comments still requiring action from those addressed.
Proposal
- Each comment carries a
statusofopenorresolved; the status round-trips through "Copy comments" and import. - A toolbar control shows the persisted-review state (file, restored count, saved) and offers status changes.
- Only open comments are editable (#34).
Decision requested: keep this inside the persistence PR, or split it into a separate PR. A PR exists either way.
