Trace the libwebsockets.h inclusion of lws-genrsa.h and the available OpenSSL headers. Done means gcc test.c succeeds when curl-dev and libwebsockets-dev are installed together.

Compiling a program including libwebsockets.h fails if openssl-hardened-dev is installed. It works if openssl-dev is installed.
This was found when building a program using both libwebsockets-dev and curl-dev... curl-dev depends on openssl-hardened-dev and thus the build fails. This worked until recently.
The build error is:
