redis 重启后，连接失效，
ErrorException: Redis::get(): send of 52 bytes failed with errno=10054 远程主机强迫关闭了一个现有的连接。

应该是think-cache没有重连功能
think-cache 1.1版本 redis没有实现断线重连
异常多次后， webman 进程会重启，功能又正常，但中间会有段时间应用中断，think-cache是指望不上了，多年不更新
能否在webman这边做监控，链接失效马上重连
