Installation Failed while installing NPM install packages

The failure surfaces in scripts/postinstall.mjs, which chains into scripts/build-windows-capture.mjs; that script probes Visual Studio generators (2026, then 2022, then 2019) before CMake configures electron/native/wgc-capture. Reproduce by running npm run build:windows-capture on Windows with only VS 2026 build tools installed, where MSBuild reports MSB8020 for the missing v143 toolset. Done means the generator/toolset detection handles that configuration or the README states the required VS 2022 v143 build tools.
