The Export dialog lives in the renderer and hands work to the Electron main process, which almost certainly shells out to an encoder such as ffmpeg — start by grepping for the export/MP4 handling and reading the error text in the attached screenshot, since the body names no file or stack trace. Reproduce on Ubuntu/Firefox via Export → Export Video with default properties and capture the main-process log for the failing command. Done means the MP4 is written to disk and plays back; the fix is in the encoder invocation or its codec/format flags.

- See error
Expected behavior
Exported MP4 gets saved properly
