Reproduce on Ubuntu in Electron: record a short clip with cursor movement and clicks, open it in the editor, then export through the Lightning (Beta) pipeline. The auto-zoom half is the Linux cursor/click telemetry path that feeds zoom-region generation — find why no activity is detected there on Linux. The export half is the Lightning fallback, where Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '_resourceType') is thrown before the H.264/avc1 WebCodecs encode; read the code that builds that resource config. Done means zones appear after a Linux recording and the project exports to MP4.

Describe the bug
On Ubuntu/Linux, I am experiencing two separate issues in Recordly:
- Automatic zoom does not work after screen recording.
- Exporting the recorded project fails.
Screen recording itself works and the recorded clip opens in the editor, but no automatic zooms are generated. When I try to export the project, the export fails with a Lightning/WebGPU/WebCodecs error.
To Reproduce
Auto-zoom issue
- Open Recordly on Ubuntu/Linux.
- Start a screen recording.
- Move the cursor and click multiple areas of the screen.
- Stop the recording.
- Open the recording in the editor.
- No automatic zoom regions are generated.
Export issue
- Open the recorded project.
- Click Export.
- Use the Lightning (Beta) export pipeline.
- Start the export.
- Export fails with an error related to
_resourceType, WebGPU/WebCodecs and H.264 encoding.
Expected behavior
- Mouse/click activity should be detected during Linux recording.
- Automatic zoom regions should be generated from detected activity.
- The recorded project should successfully export to MP4.

Additional context
Both problems occur on Linux/Ubuntu.
The recording itself works, but automatic zooms are not generated.
Export also fails with:
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '_resourceType')
The error also reports:
- Renderer: WebGPU
- Encoder: WebCodecs
- H.264 / avc1
- Linux platform
Please investigate the Linux cursor/click telemetry pipeline for auto-zoom and the Linux Lightning export fallback separately.
