Motivation
As the command surface grows, users need discoverable completion and offline reference material. The current hand-written parser has no generated command model.
Acceptance criteria
- Establish one authoritative command and option specification.
- Generate completions for Bash, Zsh, Fish, and PowerShell.
- Generate or maintain a
vex(1)manual page from the same source. - Include dynamic package or target completion only when it is safe and fast.
- Package completion and manual artifacts appropriately without changing current archive guarantees silently.
- Add snapshot tests that detect drift between help, README, completions, and manuals.
