Read ColorAccessibilityTest to learn the palette check used by the #1605 remediation (delta-E-prime >= 10 under protan, deutan and tritan simulation) and how a palette is fed to it. Done = handles 0-7 pass that test, the five listed renderers and panels still draw distinct swatches, and a release note records that every geometry's on-screen colors change.

Follow-up from the #1605 color audit, row G2 (docs/accessibility/color-audit.md).
Finding. DisplayAdapterService.createContrastColorModel() (vcell-core/.../cbit/image/DisplayAdapterService.java:290) cycles hue in steps of 0.1 with alternating saturation and brightness. It colors subvolumes and CSG objects in:
- the geometry viewer,
GeometrySubVolumeTableCellRenderer,CSGObjectTreeCellRenderer,StructureMappingTableModel/StructureMappingTableRenderer,GeometrySummaryPanel.
Handles 0–7 measure a worst-pair ΔE′ of 2.0 under deuteranopia simulation (handles 1 and 4), and 3 of 8 colors are below 3:1 on white.
Every table and tree swatch sits next to the subvolume name, so WCAG 1.4.1 is met there. The geometry image mapping is fixed separately under #1605, which puts the name in the hover readout.
Proposal. Replace the first handles with a measured categorical sequence (ΔE′ ≥ 10 under protan, deutan and tritan simulation), keeping the formula for higher handles. Colors are computed from the handle index and not persisted, so saved models are unaffected, but every geometry's on-screen colors change. That needs a release note.
Acceptance. Handles 0–7 pass the palette check used by the #1605 remediation (ColorAccessibilityTest).
