Windows Terminal has a bunch of nice new things, eg. emoji (although emoji may also be supported by Hyper)

If we do this, we have to make sure it integrates well with Git Bash / Cygwin. Eg. the following configuration from Hyper:

env: { TERM: 'cygwin' },
Another benefit is that we would remove one more piece of third-party software from the System Setup guide.
