Clarify which version information is required and whether the change belongs to the node or the kwil team; done means the agreed version details are exposed consistently.

although isn't a blocker, from time to time I need to ensure with node operators they have the correct version installed.
I'm not sure if the effort to update the version here is the same as to make/abci_infoalso print it, which could be extremely useful. But in this case, it might involve the kwil team
