Start by reading issue #398, which this issue says handles a similar graphical message box and a shared command-line flag. Then locate where the emulator detects an app with an unsupported minimum iOS version or encryption and where it reports warnings. Done means those warnings appear in a graphical message box before a crash, with the flag from #398 able to disable the behavior for development.

説明
Similar to https://github.com/touchHLE/touchHLE/issues/398 but for warnings that we expect will cause the emulator to crash, before a crash actually happens. Some examples are:
- If the app's minimum iOS version is too high.
- If the app is encrypted.
This should reduce user confusion. It shouldn't be necessary to check the log to see that one has a “bad” app.
Like for https://github.com/touchHLE/touchHLE/issues/398 there should be a command-line flag to disable this for development (the flag can be shared).
