Optional crossfade for Shuttle2: overlap the end of one item with the start of the next, with fades.
Needs two decoders live at once and a mix stage in PlaybackRender, earlier prefetch, rules for when not to fade (gapless albums), seek/skip during the overlap, and which item NowPlaying reports while both are audible. media3 leaves crossfade to apps too. Pick up if Shuttle2 users ask.
