This is related to #145
There should be an option for providing a soft deadline. When the soft deadline passes, students can receive e.g. 75% percent of the points they would otherwise receive. When implementing this, we need to consider if the grading implementation and score list should be moved to a separate component from TMC core.
This would also override the show model solution after -option, in that if soft deadlines are enabled, model solutions would be shown only after hard deadline or when the assignment has been successfully completed.
