説明
Motivation
The current attempt records are displayed as text, such as attempt 1: 75 → attempt 2: 80 → attempt 3: 90.
As the number of attempts increases, it becomes hard to read at a glance.
Visualizing them as charts would make it easier for candidates to track their progress over time.

Chart Representation
Use a line chart to visualize the score trend across attempts. The x-axis represents the attempt number, and the y-axis represents the score. When hovering over a data point, show its attempt number and score. If an attempt has no assessed score, show it asNot assessedinstead of treating it as a score of zero. -
Independent Charts
Keep REACTO and STAR as separate sections. Each section uses a single chart, with its steps listed in the existing order for selection. When the number of attempts exceeds the available width, only the chart area should scroll horizontally while the step list remains fixed. REACTO and STAR should scroll independently. -
Chart Update on Deletion
When a candidate deletes a saved attempt, refresh the chart immediately to reflect the remaining records.
