Follow-up from the review of #52.

The Consequences section of project-docs/adr/0019-azure-devops-as-a-second-transport.md lists tests that don't match the suite at 52a5544:

  • It cites TestRefresh_ADORepinDropsTheRecordedType, which does not exist. The re-pin behaviour is pinned by TestRefresh_ADORepinRetypesTheRef and TestRefresh_ADORepinToACommitTypesItAsACommit.
  • It leaves out tests that pin decisions the ADR records:
    • TestADR_0019_RefTypeIsRecordedOnlyWhereItIsNeeded (the ref-type key is recorded for ADO and omitted for GitHub)
    • TestRefresh_ADOHeaderWithoutRefTypeResolvesIt (a header without the key is resolved on refresh)
    • TestSurvey_ResolutionAbortsOnUnusableCLI (the ref-type lookup stops the batch when the CLI is unusable)

Check with:

go test ./internal/deps/ -list '.*' | grep -E 'ADO|ADR_0019|Survey'

Fix: make the ADR's test list match the suite. ADR-0019 isn't merged yet, so editing it in place is fine; the supersede-don't-edit rule applies only after it lands.
