説明
An interface is needed that can be used for other parts of the frontend as well which is there to facilitate the communication between the frontend and the OPA service in use. Part of this ticket is to define the fields and data being sent to retrieve the permission (true/false) of whether the user is permitted to manage bookmarks on the dashboard or not.
