調査の方向性

Start with the Windows code that enumerates TrueType fonts for the text tool; the issue says it only scans C:\Windows\Fonts. Find where that directory is built and add the per-user folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts (resolved from the LOCALAPPDATA environment variable) to the scan. Done when fonts installed for the current user show up in SolveSpace's text font selector on Windows 11. Testing needs a Windows machine.

The TRUETYPE FONT TEXT displays fonts from C:\Windows\Fonts only, but users can install fonts in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts. I installed some fonts on my PC, which are displayed on font selector of Qt/Gtk/Swing while not on SolveSpace.
