simvue.run.Run.save から始めて、空のファイルのアップロードが現在どのように警告を生成しているかを調べます。このサポートされていないアップロードを試みた場合に例外が発生するよう動作を変更し、警告が報告される結果ではなくなったことを確認します。

説明
The current version of the server does not support the upload of empty files, currently simvue.run.Run.save does not inform the user that the upload was unsuccessful. Until the server is updated to support these files an exception should be raised when this is attempted.
Currently this is given only as a warning, for now an exception raise or just switching it to be an error would be better.
