Upstream shmuelie/powershell-modules#359: recover missing or legacy Azure DevOps session identities read-only from the latest applicable lifecycle context or compatible surviving recorded Git origins. Require independent organization evidence and an exact recorded/recovered historical branch; never infer organization from the current checkout alone or use the present branch as history. Preserve recorded metadata, explicit ID/All/Cwd selection, and conservative fallback. Resolve recovered identities before canonical launch candidate preference and keep listing, automatic/latest resume, selectors, completion, and directory overrides consistent. Include deterministic synthetic fixtures and bounded lifecycle-only journal reads with diagnostics.
