調査の方向性

Start by tracing where each future uses spawn_blocking to run its callbacks and where that path acquires the GIL. Then inspect how callback work could be queued and drained by one thread; the issue gives no file or test names. Done means callbacks are drained in a loop with reduced repeated GIL acquisition, while preserving callback behavior.

説明

Currently for each future We use one spawn_blocking to perform its callbacks. Each of this acquire inside the GIL. When many futures would be executed at the same time it might drop the performance of the driver.

The idea is to implement the one thread/drainer that would have a queue of callbacks to call and would do so in a loop without repeated GIL acquisition by tokio threads.
