調査の方向性

brew install rustfs/tap/rc または brew upgrade rustfs/tap/rc で再現する。エラー CurlDownloadStrategy::Timeout は Rust CLI のソースではなく、rustfs tap リポジトリ内の Homebrew formula（通常は Formula/rc.rb）由来なので、まずその tap リポジトリを特定する。formula がどの download strategy を使用しているか、またどの Homebrew バージョンが想定されているかを確認する（この定数は通常、明示的な require があるか、より新しい/古い Homebrew の場合にのみ利用可能）。Apple Silicon で NameError なしにインストールとアップグレードの両方が完了したら完了。

I try to install the rc with the documented brew install rustfs/tap/rc on M1 mac but i got an error: "Error: rustfs/tap/rc: An exception occurred within a child process: NameError: uninitialized constant CurlDownloadStrategy::Timeout"
