まず /tags の一覧とそのテーブルヘッダーを見つけ、ページネーションが有効なときに表示件数がどのように計算されるかを追ってください。Users の一覧でも同じ動作か確認してください。ヘッダーに、フィルター適用後の結果を含む、見つかったすべてのタグと一致する件数が表示されれば完了です。

Describe the bug
When viewing a tag listing, filtered or unfiltered, the count is limited to the number on the page rather than the number found.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '/tags' directly or by clicking on Tags in the admin portion of the navigation
- See error in the table header
Expected behavior
Right now there are two numbers: "20 tags found" and "Total: 20". We should choose one and eliminate the other. The number should match the total number found.
