Describe the bug
The Gateway rule creation interfaces differ depending on the method used to create a rule.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the Traffic tab.
- Right-click any request and select Gateway → L7 (any).
- Go to Traffic → Gateway → Add Rule → L7 (any).
Expected behavior
Both methods should provide identical rule creation interfaces and behave consistently, creating rules that work correctly in the same way.
