RefreshControl is flickering

リンクされたSnack reproducerから始め、new architectureを有効にしたReact Native 0.81.5で、ScrollViewとFlatListの両方におけるpull-to-refreshのちらつきを再現します。バージョン0.77.3と挙動を比較し、影響を受けるmacOSセットアップでちらつきが解消されていることを確認します。レポートではログやソースファイルは特定されていません。

Description

When I perform a pull-to-refresh, the screen gives a slight flicker. This happens both in the ScrollView and in the FlatList. It started happening after the upgrade to version 0.81.5 (new architecture). In version 0.77.3 (with the new architecture disabled) this didn’t happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the dependencies with yarn install
2. Run the application
3. Open the screen that contains the ScrollView / FlatList with RefreshControl
4. Perform a pull-to-refresh gesture
5. Notice that the screen gives a slight flicker during the refresh
