poetry self add poetry-plugin-export fails

Hi, I'm using this plugin within a CI script, that recently started to fail.

The commands are

python -m pip install --user pipx
python -m pipx ensurepath
source ~/.bashrc
pipx install poetry==2.4.1
poetry self add poetry-plugin-export

The last line fails with
