The work is on the /localize/:id page, where frames are cropped around the detected object; the issue names no file, so start by finding where that page renders its frame and crop. Read #108 (closed) and #312 for earlier crop discussion. Done means an annotator can view the full frame from that page, via a toggle with a keyboard shortcut or by showing the full frame for the missed-smoke question. Settle the approach with a maintainer first, since the issue offers two options.

Frames on /localize/:id are zoomed/cropped around the detected object. The missed-smoke question asks about the rest of the frame, which the annotator cannot see from the page. The answer is a guess.
Expected: a way to see the full frame from the localize page, e.g. a full-frame / crop toggle (with a keyboard shortcut), or showing the full frame when the missed-smoke question is displayed. Drawing a missed object (#427) will also need the full frame.
