Rooms with the "server_notice" tag should be displayed separately from other "regular" joined rooms in the RoomsList.
Currently, Robrix does display them properly, but they're kind of hidden in the RoomsList because they're mixed in with the rest of the normal joined rooms. Instead, we should separate them out such that it's easier to notice them, and easier for the user to hide them if they wish.
Element displays these under a separate heading called System Alerts:
