Bug description

When the Fields plugin is enabled and additional custom fields are configured for Knowledge Base articles, the fields are not displayed anywhere on the article form in GLPI 12 (development version)
This issue occurs both when creating a new Knowledge Base article and when editing an existing one. The custom fields configured through the Fields plugin are simply not rendered in the form
