Done means exposing cliponaxis for scattergl and confirming that markers can extend beyond the subplot viewport when it is false.

Description
scatter supports the cliponaxis attribute.
scattergl, however, does not expose this attribute, and markers are always clipped at the subplot viewport.
The marker is centered at y = 0, and the part outside the plotting area is clipped.
It would be useful if scattergl supported: cliponaxis: false.
It may also be worth considering because some WebGL-based traces also reuse scattergl.
