[BUG] Dev Tools: Callback map error: Not possible to find intersection inside of the rectangle

まず、添付された callback_map.py を Dash 4.4.1 で実行し、Firefox または Chrome で Dash Dev Tools の callback map を開きます。レポートで言及されている callback（toggle_template_modal と save_proposed_mapped を含む）を実行し、発生したエラーを比較します。callback map が報告された intersection エラーや missing-node エラーなしで表示されれば完了です。

説明
When trying to show the Callbacks on the Dash Dev Tools, the attached example generates an error and the callback map does not show up.
Tested with Dash 4.4.1 and both Firefox and Chrome. Also tried older versions of Dash (3.4.0 and 4.x with the same results). To reproduce, run the attached example.
Note: Comment out callback toggle_template_modal on lines 239-246 and the callback map will get generated. Removal of some other callbacks like save_proposed_mapped can result on other errors like: can't access property "order", g.node(...) is undefined
