Bug - [Expandable Section Truncate Demo] - cypress test is failing

Describe the problem
Followup to #11625 , currently expandablesectiontruncate.ts is not include into testing. It is failing the conditionally rendering test.
How do you reproduce the problem?

The above test is failing.
Expected behavior
The file should be renamed to expandablesectiontruncate.spec.ts so that it is included in testing and the test should not fail.
